my best drawing yet

Yeah, as you probably saw in my journal, I'm excited.

Here's the story; three weeks ago during anime club, my friend asked me if I wanted to draw her character, the character only provided profile image, (head, neck, face, and some shoulder).
The week later, I still hadnt even considered what it would look like, hell, I hadnt even remembered it until she looked at me.
Then, this monday, I remembered that she wanted to see the art done.
And I panicked. I hadn't even considered doing it over thanksgiving vacation.
So I freaked. Taking out a paper I started mapping out what it would look like in my head, and was scared.
Would I even finish it by tomorrow? Would she still be mad at me if I didn't?
Then I remembered a profect I had done in art a long while back, almost in early october.
It was an anime like deal, and it came out great. So I copied my own art, and edited it alot.
In it, the girl had curly hair, a big bow at mid waist, and loooots of frills.
(FRILLS! ICK!)
So, as the day went on, I spent every waking second of spare class time I had, to finish it.
I guess somewhere along the line I went into auto pilot, because next thing I knew, I had shaded it, even gotten a tissue, and I don't even remember! o_O...
Next thing I realized...
I was done.
And it looked awesome....
